  • Who can understand the difference between a creative idea and strategic execution, based on a client's business objective.
  • Who are capable of conceptualising content for all social platforms, from Snapchat to Twitter to Pinterest to Musically. Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve marketing skills.
  • As strategists, understand the brand's objective and produce content strategies accordingly. Work quality must be consistent. Know how to handle and implement feedback from creative directors and brand managers.
  • Periodically brainstorm with the brand team and come up with new content strategies with respect to new emerging platforms.
  • overseeing the campaign/project from concept to execution stage.

As a graphic designer, you must understand the parameters of a brand's look/feel/tone and reflect that in your work. You must know how to handle and implement feedback from your brand/client. Once your concepts are sold, You must see its execution all the way through to completion.

  • Responsible for art direction on all mediums, everything from social posts to videos to micro-content
  • Stay abreast of technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve your art/design skills
  • Strong at time management
