Supporting an e-commerce marketing operation for a UK-based D2C health supplement brand

The Story

Brand and Business Context

Nutriburst, a UK-based health supplement brand specializing in sugar-free, vegan gummy vitamins, sought to establish a strong digital presence. Wirality's objective was to build out Nutriburst's D2C ecosystem through effective performance and e-commerce marketing. 

 

The Solution

The first step in our approach was to try and build a user persona of the kind of person who would purchase our gummies for different use cases. 

Once we had clarity on the same, we then moved into understanding the weighted share of the top cities who had size-able audiences and people who generally are inclined to make e-commerce sales. 

We created a solid creative communication strategy based on the user personas we had defined and used various creative communication routes with hooks in each video to understand what kind of numbers we get across every part of the funnel. We also experimented with male and female influencers to see how different editing styles created different outcomes for us in terms of conversions.
